01 What does "numbered editions" actually mean?
Each Atem is produced in a defined run with a specific edition number. When that run sells through, that edition is closed. The next edition launches when we release it — not when stock runs out. We don't restock on demand.
02 How do I become a member?
Membership opens with a purchase. Your first order assigns you a number. Your number is yours — it follows you into future drops, gives you first access, and counts toward priority placement on waitlists.
03 Is there nicotine?
No. Zero. Not in any current Edition, not in any planned Edition. Atem is plant-derived aromatic compound only.
04 When is the next drop?
The waitlist gets notified first. Public announcement happens 48 hours before the drop opens. If you're on the list, you'll know.
05 Can I return a numbered edition?
Unopened, yes — 30 days, full refund. Opened, no. Numbered means numbered. Once you've broken the seal, your number is paired with that unit.
06 What's coming next?
